Seafood
My love for seafood started when I was young growing up in Turkey but it boomed when I worked as a private chef for 5 months in the Seychelles.
Beef
Beef is the best red meat in my opinion. Whether it be a steak or a slowly cooked ragu both are equally delicious.
Chicken
Chicken is always a fan favourite. Here you can see different versions and ways to cook chicken. Might be roast, BBQ or come with me to experiment some different ways cultures cook chicken.
Vegitarian
Vegetarian's... personally I love meat too much and with my allergies I wouldn't be able to sustain a nutritious diet as a vegetarian however that doesn't limit my cooking!
Starters/Snacks
Starters and snacks are constantly overlooked in my opinion. The perfect starter can path the way into an amazing main course or set completely separate.
Deserts
Deserts, sweet treat, whatever you would like to call them. I love them. Here are some of the deserts I have made in previous months.
